Residential padel courts
A private court for your home, second home or estate, sourced, priced and built as one project with one point of contact.
Ad-In Padel builds private padel courts for homeowners across the US. We assess your site, help you choose the court style and lighting, price the whole project as one all-in number, and manage installation. If you already have an architect, landscape designer or builder, we coordinate with them so the court fits the rest of the property.
Who we build for
- Primary homes with room in the yard
- Second homes and summer houses
- Estates and new builds where the court is part of the master plan
- Homes replacing an underused tennis or sport court
What we handle
- Site review: space, slope, drainage, access and setbacks
- Court selection: panoramic or classic, turf color, steel finish
- Lighting: fixtures and placement for evening play without bothering neighbors
- Approvals: guidance on permits and HOA or design review
- Installation: site work, slab, court, turf and lights, scheduled and managed by us
Getting the design right
A home court should look like it belongs on the property. That usually means thinking about where it sits relative to the house and terraces, how it’s screened from neighbors, and how planting, paths and lighting tie it into the landscape. Panoramic glass is the most popular choice where the court is visible from the house.
Siting also matters for how the court plays and sounds. A roughly north to south orientation reduces low sun in players’ eyes, and distance from bedrooms (yours and the neighbors’) keeps the sound of the ball off the glass from becoming a problem.
How we work
- Tell us about the project. Your site, how many courts, indoor or outdoor, and your timing.
- Get one all-in price. We spec the courts and price them with vetted installation partners.
- We manage the build. We coordinate the installer, your other professionals and the schedule through to handover.
Common questions
How much space do I need for a home court?
About 21 by 11 meters (roughly 69 by 36 feet) of level ground, plus room for access and lighting.
Can you work with my architect or builder?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your architect, landscape designer or general contractor so the court is planned with the rest of the project.
Can I choose the colors and finishes?
Yes. Turf color, steel finish and glass style can usually be chosen to suit the property, depending on the manufacturer.
